Classes for Mothers
Prenatal yoga offers women in any stage of pregnancy the opportunity to breathe, stretch, strengthen, and soften. The classes are uniquely designed to support a healthy pregnancy and an empowered birth experience. Connect with your divine creative energy and the miraculous changes your body and baby are experiencing. Share among a community of expectant mommas in a safe and compassionate environment. In our weekly classes you will learn to alleviate many of the discomforts women experience during the childbearing time and you will cultivate tools to calm your mind and to help you with labor and birth. Women at any fitness level, who are new to yoga, or have been practicing for years, are welcome to join. If you have a history of miscarriage, or have had trouble conceiving, please consult with your caregiver to determine the best time to join.

Mom & Baby Yoga
A postnatal yoga class for mamas and their new babies who are not yet locomotive (crawling, rolling, scooting, etc). Coming soon with Tina Robison, more details to follow!
Tina Robison, RYT 200, began practicing yoga in 2000, being drawn to yoga to promote healing and alleviate suffering. Tina completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Eileen Muir at Karuna in Northampton, and her Birthing Mama® 90-hour Prenatal Yoga and Wellness Teacher Training with Corrine Andrews at Yoga Center Amherst. Tina has shared her practice as a teacher with community classes, high school classes, and most recently with expectant and new mothers. Primarily focusing on the teachings of BKS Iyengar, Tina has a gentle approach to yoga that helps create space and integrate body, mind, and emotions. Tina’s classes are a fun balance of turning inward, challenging yourself, and finding the ease in every pose.
