Vinyasa translates to “flowing with breath.” These classes are a dynamic, flowing style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with breath. In this strong, moderate-to-vigorous paced class, you will be invited to move through a warming and energizing sequence while attending to integrated alignment. The breath creates a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Because this class moves at a faster pace, some prior yoga experience is useful.
