Slow Flow

Woven of asana (postures), pranayama (breath), meditation, and yoga philosophy this flowing practice is a moving meditation designed to liberate and balance the flow of prana throughout the body-mind system. Postures move fluidly with the breath, with many opportunities for longer holds woven throughout. Alignment cues support whole-body integration both within and between postures, while awareness cues help attune students to the subtle nuances of their energetic experience. New students welcome, though some prior yoga experience may be useful.
