A lifelong student of spirituality, Quinn discovered yoga in 2008, at the age of 13. She quickly fell in love with the art, and has since . Today, she is a graduate of the 200-hour yoga teacher training program offered at the Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, which she com- pleted in March of 2018.

Quinn has practiced many styles of yoga, but has a particular fondness for hatha, kundalini, vinyasa, and yin. Having always felt her calling was to become a healer, Quinn completed Reiki II training in spring of 2019 at Sanctuary Angel Hawk under the tutelage of Usui Reiki Master, Michelle Prince.

Coming from a family of musicians, Quinn was inspired at a young age to learn the violin and later went on to study music and audio production at a collegiate level. She soon found herself in the world of Bhakti (devotional) yoga. Quinn has traveled around the Northeast playing violin and singing with a number of Kirtan and Bhakti music groups. A Kirtan wallah herself, Quinn enjoys studying the science of Mantra and heart-centered practices.

Quinn has a passion for world religions and diverse forms of spirituality. She has been reading tarot since age 8, when her great aunt bought her her first deck. In her spare time, Quinn loves reading, philosophical discussion, hiking, and spending time with her animals.
