Come connect with your body, baby, breath, and community in a supportive environment. No prior yoga experience necessary! 

Parent and baby yoga offers caregivers and their newborns a chance to connect with each other and a community of other new parents through yoga. These classes will focus on postpartum healing and poses to help support your baby's optimal development. Take time to nourish yourself and learn tools to support you on your parenting journey. This class is designed for newborn babies 6 weeks old until the point in which they are crawling. Feeding, walking, bouncing, changing, and soothing your babies are perfectly normal during this class.

Some of my favorite memories of the early months of my daughter’s life were participating in the parent/baby yoga class. This class provided the nourishment that my body, mind, and spirit were so desperately needing! As I walked into the class I felt the warm support of the teacher (Tina) and from the other new parents as well. The safe space provided the opportunity for me to share about any struggles that I felt like unloading +the yoga moves focused on working out all the kinks in my neck from the “momma hunch” as well as my sore hips from the nine months of pregnancy and birthing process = one of the highlights of my week!
