Sundays 11:15am-12:30pm
7 Weeks: Sep 8-Oct 27
(No class Oct 6)

Join a community of expectant women to explore and align with the energy of the 7 major chakras. Each week we will focus on a new chakra connecting from our root to our crown to support a healthy pregnancy and empowered birth experience. Connect with your divine creative energy and the miraculous changes your body and baby are experiencing. In this 7 week series you will learn to alleviate many of the discomforts experienced during the childbearing time and you will cultivate tools to calm your mind and to help you with labor and birth. Those who are new to yoga or have been practicing for years are welcome to join. If you have a history of miscarriage, or have had trouble conceiving, please consult with your caregiver to determine the best time to join.

You do not have to come to all the weeks to enjoy the benefits of these prenatal yoga classes. Each class will be offered as a stand-alone class, no previous experience necessary. However, if you sign-up for the full series, you can do so at a special rate!

Full 7 sessions (Discounted Rate): $84
Regular drop-in rate: $15

Did you know that we have scholarship funds available for any local parent who would like to attend these classes for FREE? It’s true! Email to learn more.
