Sirshasansa, or headstand, is also called the King of Asanas. In this workshop, you will learn the fundamental principles to help you safely practice this beneficial, challenging, (and fun!) posture. This 90-minute workshop will include preparatory postures, precise alignment cues, and modifications to compassionately and safely support you as your explore the preparation and practice of headstand.
