Community Yoga (Free!)

Come join Molly at Great Falls Yoga for a free community yoga class! In this class we will learn about the 8-fold path of Ashtanga: postures, breathing, meditation, and philosophy that will help us in our lives on and off the mat.

We offer this class in service, in an effort to make yoga accessible to everyone in our community. We aim to support and guide you wherever you are in your practice, whether you are an experienced yogi or have never stepped foot in a studio.
