Join us for an in-depth look at classic Buddhist breath meditation “Anapanasati”, with meditation teacher and former Buddhist monk “Tahn” Pamutto. This four-part series will progressively guide you through the 16 steps of breath meditation as taught by the Buddha, beginning with strengthened mindfulness and clarity and culminating in powerful absorption and release.
