Join Kendra Renzoni on Tuesday evenings starting November 13 for Hatha Yoga!
Hatha yoga comes from the Sanskrit words "ha", meaning "sun", and "tha", meaning "moon." Mild to moderate postures will be woven with breathing technique, and layered with yoga philosophy. Students determine their own level of practice, with modifications offered to support individual needs. Beginners welcome!
We are thrilled to welcome Kendra Renzoni to our staff! Kendra's classes are informed by her in-depth study of several movement and bodywork modalities, including Iyengar Yoga, Shadow Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning, Shiatsu, and more. Her classes use yoga as a tool to investigate limiting thought patterns, our relationship to pain, and the ending of suffering.
