Full Moon Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Join us on under the wolf moon (which also happens to be a super-moon) to journey through the layers of your being. In this special class, we'll spend a few minutes moving through a gentle slow flow before finding our way into our restorative yoga practice. Restorative yoga is a passive practice that invites the body to relax and surrender into the comfort of gravity, while being deeply supported by props. We'll then move from restorative yoga into the practice of Yoga Nidra. Also called "yogic deep sleep," yoga nidra brings us to a hypnogogic state between waking and sleeping. In the fertile ground of this awareness, we set intentions for the coming moon cycle.
