Kelsey began her yoga journey in 2014 as a new way to exercise and build strength physically. Shortly after she became aware that her emotions had become much more grounded and she felt a connection to her inner spirit that she had never experienced before. Her belief is that by connecting brain, body, and breath on our mats, this will allow for our lives to be much more harmonious and light off of the mat. Her hope is to empower others to discover tools and techniques to heal themselves through this practice.
Kelsey completed her 200 HR yoga teacher training through an immersion program during the summer of 2018. In her classes you will find a combination of asana, pranayama, and meditation, all working with one another to bring us into the present moment. There are opportunities throughout to build strength, as well as find ease and relaxation. With a strong focus on alignment cues, her classes invite you to experience the integration of mind, body, and spirit and the effects of conscious focus.
