Hatha Yoga: The Underground


This class explores the underground and foundational movements that create strength, stamina, alignment, range of motion, and somatic awareness within the yoga asanas (postures). Classes incorporate yoga; lacrosse balls & Yoga-Tune-Up balls; functional range conditioning; and other movement modalities. The asanas become a testament to the solid foundation created through this “underground” work. Appropriate for experienced beginners and beyond, as well as new students who are curious.
