Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga classes combine asana (postures), pranayama (breath-work), meditation, and yoga philosophy. Mild to moderate postures are woven with breathing technique to increase the flow of prana (life-force energy) throughout the body. This practice is designed to increase awareness and balance the energies of the body-mind-continuum. Students determine their own level of practice, with modifications offered to support individual needs. Beginners welcome!
